This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. grolta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the purchase of this product. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications and/or external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any other product used in connection with this product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage due to misuse of the product. grolta will repair or replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, grolta may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the damaged product. This refund warranty does not cover all missed small pieces for our items. The refund warranty will be done within 1 day after we receive the returned original items. No warranty is provided for missed small pieces parts for 60 days after the order date. Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. Electronic Parts and Batteries:(if applicable) Electronic parts (other than batteries or led light by water power motor), if any, purchased from Wonderland Showers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase or, for commercial purposes, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries and led lights inside shower heads.
